1. Collection, processing and use of personal data in the Website
In general, Users will not be required to provide personal data to access and navigate the Website, although use of certain services and certain requests may require the collection of personal data from the User (e.g. contact form, e-mails to our mailboxes, etc.).
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 passed by the European Union on the 27th of April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and related secondary legislation, you are hereby informed that any personal data you may provide will be included in automated personal data files under the responsibility of APPGREE, S.A. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) in any forms are mandatory, and it may be impossible for us to attend to your request or provide the service if any such fields are omitted.

For these purposes, we have the implemented technical and organizational measures required in accordance with applicable legislation to maintain the security of personal data and to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access given the current state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which the data are exposed.
7. Exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition
Users may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the treatment of data, and revoke the consent given under the terms established by law in writing addressed to Calle Olivo 8, 1, 28981 Madrid or by e-mail to email@example.com, accompanied in any event by a copy of the pertinent identification documents.
