APPGREE, S.A. (hereinafter “APPGREE”) is a Spanish public limited company (sociedad anónima) with registered offices at Calle Olivo 8, 1º, 28981 Madrid. Its Tax Code is A-86139706 and it is registered in Sheet M-514191, Volume 28,560, Page 82, Companies Book Section 8 of the Madrid Companies Registry.
1. Collection, processing and use of personal data in the Website
In general, Users will not be required to provide personal data to access and navigate the Website, although use of certain services and certain requests may require the collection of personal data from the User (e.g. contact form, e-mails to our mailboxes, etc.).
In accordance with the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act (Basic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, hereinafter referred to as the “Date Protection Act”) and related secondary legislation, you are hereby informed that any personal data you may provide will be included in automated personal data files under the responsibility of APPGREE, S.A. In general, said data will be processed in connection with your request and with the performance, execution and control of the contractual relations or services arising from the same. The information processed will comprise the data provided over the Website or sent by e-mail, as well as any other data which may arise in the course of relations and the provision of the relevant services.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) in any forms are mandatory, and it may be impossible for us to attend to your request or provide the service if any such fields are omitted.
We may also request your consent for a series of purposes which are not directly related with the processes to which the data collection form refers (e.g. mailing of advertising, etc.). If you are not in conformity with such additional treatments, please tick or untick the relevant box.

5. Legal minors
The Website services are not intended for children below the age of 14 years, and if you are below that age you are expressly prohibited from providing us within any personal data or using the Website. For this reason, we have not established any procedure to obtain parental consent under any circumstances.
By providing us with your personal data over the forms provided or by e-mail to our mailboxes, you represent and warrant that your are above the age of 14 years.
We take all possible steps to maintain the integrity of your data. For these purposes, we have the implemented technical and organizational measures required in accordance with applicable legislation to maintain the security of personal data and to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access given the current state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which the data are exposed.
7. Exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition
Users may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the treatment of data, and revoke the consent given under the terms established by law in writing addressed to Calle Olivo 8, 1, 28981 Madrid or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, accompanied in any event by a copy of the pertinent identification documents.
