Contribute and create a community

For example, if you are addressing your employees, ask them what their best practices are. That way, you won’t just pinpoint what works best in the company; it also gives team members a chance to share their experiences and learn from each other.

Make the results from previous questions feed into new questions. Another effective technique is turning the floor over to the team. For example, open the dialogue up by posting “Ask us whatever you want!” You will get valuable information on your users, and they will feel like you’re listening to them.

Keep them updated

Show them the outcomes of their participation
Tell them how their input influences the organization. Announce changes being undertaken as a result of their feedback, achievements made thanks to them, or media coverage the organization is receiving. Only then will they want to keep contributing.
